Return Policy
At AMAZING PET MEDICAL SHOP (Tambaram Branch), we strive to deliver products exactly as per your order. However, if you receive an incomplete order, damaged, or incorrect product(s), please notify us immediately or within 2 working days of delivery with a parcel opening video and supporting pictures to ensure prompt resolution.

Important: We do not accept liability for delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 2 working days of receipt.

Eligible Returns
We are happy to accept returns if:
  •  - You have received item(s) that do not match your order.
  •  - Item(s) were damaged in transit or there is a shortage 
  (please refuse such delivery if handled by our personnel; not applicable for third-part courier deliveries).
  •  - Item(s) are due to expire within 3 months of delivery.
   Please ensure you take a picture of the delivery and record the parcel opening video for any future complaints.

Note: If the package is damaged at delivery, please do not accept the order and report immediately.

Replacement for damaged items is subject to stock availability. If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed after inspection.

Return Conditions
  • - Items must be returned in original manufacturer packaging with intact labels and barcodes.
  • - Only fully unused products (e.g., strips, bottles) are eligible for returns.
  • - The batch number on the returned product must match the sales invoice.
  • - Original sales invoice must be provided for processing returns and refunds.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
  • - Partially used strips or opened bottles.
  • - Products requiring specific storage conditions (temperature-controlled items like vials, injections, vaccines, pen fills).
  • - Products that have expired post-purchase.
  • - Second-time return requests for the same product/order.

Exceptions to Return Policy
Please note we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following categories:
  • - Injections
  • - Health Monitors & Equipment
  • - Ortho Support products
Additionally, some products marked “This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange” on their respective product pages are not eligible for returns or refunds.
